Trailer harness
This item was very hard to find. I suspect the demand exceeded supply. So I was glad to get it rather than build it with a generic wiring harnesses. The shortcoming was that the wires connecting the electronics to the left side light connection were too short, so the diodes and trailer harness lead would have to be installed behind the (hard to access) left hatch panel. My fix was to cut and splice in another 18” or so of wire so that the harness lead would be in the ideal location in the spare tire well. I never use the crimp connectors since they usually fail over time, and I soldered and shrink sealed all the connections. I did luck out and found the battery at the rear of my hybrid car, so I had an easy job connecting to power, as well as ground. In the end I got a clean and reliable install, but the manufacturer needs to fix the short wire issue.

Easy breezy
The Tekonsha One connector kit includes everything needed and I installed it relatively fast. It takes more time to pull apart and replace the panels on my car. Great product!

T-One Connector 2019 RAV4 Hybrid
Pretty straight forward however, the instructions were not for the 2019 Hybrid. 1 - Drivers side cable should be 6-8 inches longer. The instruction have you tuck the controller under a shelf in the spare tire compartment. If you have a Hybrid with the sub-woofer you have to tuck the controller behind the interior trim panel directly below the sub-woofer and route the cable around it. 2 - Directions indicate to run the 12v power to the front of the vehicle to connect to the 12v battery. The 12v aux battery is located on the passenger side at the back of the cargo area. Great location since you don't have to penetrate any grommets to get the wire outside the car. 3 - Lastly, at the rear of each wheel well, just in front of the hatch opening is a body frame member. It is not solid and you can run the cables that need to go to the passenger side UNDER the brace. That will keep the wiring away from any sharp edges of metal. I did that then zip tied the wires to the rear of the body in the spare tire compartment just under the threshold trim.

T-One Connector
Went in on my 2019 Rav4 as per your instruction. The driver side connections could be 7 inches longer. Do give more room to stick the converter/black box.The black lead could be 3 inches longer also from the converter/black box.Thanks
