Trailer Description
The Scout enclosed, Manufactured by Bravo Trailers is work ready and features the Bravo "Big 10 plus 5". Standard features include LED Lighting, Radial Tires, Undercoated Framing, 16" On Center Cross Members, Tube Wall Posts and Roof Members, .080 Screwless "Hardbody" Polycore Exterior, as well as many other features that make the Scout built to stand up to years of use. The Scout also comes with a 3-year warranty. Not Familiar with Polycore? Polycore offers many amazing benefits, including:
- Increased Strength and Rigidity – the internal polypropylene core acts as a built-in reinforcement layer, making the panels more rigid and impact-resistant than standard .030 aluminum, thus reducing the likelihood of damage or future repair costs.
- Reduced Weight – Polycore panels weigh less than standard aluminum, improving towability and payload capacity without compromising durability.
- Corrosion Resistance and Water Resistance – Polycore offers enhanced corrosion resistance due to the added protection from the polypropylene core, making your trailer less susceptible to wear and tear caused by weather or extreme temperatures.
- Appearance – Standard .030 and .024 aluminum exterior skin experience “oil canning”, which is visible waviness or warping caused by extreme temperature, overtightened fasteners, or manufacturing. Polycore is constructed with .020 aluminum/.040 polypropylene/.020 aluminum which allows for a rigid panel, essentially eliminating the possibility of oil canning. Polycore is also engineered to maintain its’ color and gloss longer and is less susceptible to oxidation and corrosion.
- Value – Because Polycore is engineered to maintain its exterior appearance, and is corrosion/water/impact resistant, it helps the trailer hold value for longer which helps with potential trade ins and resale value.
