Shipping & Returns


Croft Trailer Supply ships to most domestic and international addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped internationally or require an additional fee in order to ship internationally. In most cases restricted items will not have an ‘Add To Cart’, ‘Buy Now’, or other similar function available on the product. If you have any questions on shipping, please contact our customer care team.

When you place your order Croft Trailer Supply estimates your shipping and delivery dates using live rates from FedEx and FedEx LTL, UPS, and USPS. Shipping options default to the cheapest rate, and most orders arrive at their destinations between 2-5 business days. Faster shipping is also available at a higher shipping rate. However please note: due to sales volume and carrier pickup schedules, some orders (primarily for 1 or 2 day shipping) received after 12:00pm CST will not be processed until the following business day.

Shipping is based on the height, width, depth, and weight of the product. The weight for a product is displayed within the product’s detail page or quick view window.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customer Service will provide a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number and assist in the return shipment. Please include a copy of the RGA Number and invoice in the return shipment.
