Kansas City, MO reinstated an indoor mask mandate on Monday, August 2, 2021. The mandate will last at least until August 28, 2021. For more information, visit kcmo.gov.
September 4, 2020
Our Olathe Service Center will be closed today, September 4, 2020, and tomorrow, September 5, 2020 due to COVID-19 concerns. Our Olathe Service Center will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. Please view our events page for more information.
All other Croft locations remain open for business. Shop online and choose Ship-to-Store to pick up an item from one of our other Kansas City area locations.

Clay County, MO is issuing a mask order effective Sunday, July 19, 2020. To learn more, visit the Clay County website.
July 10, 2020
The Kansas City mask order has been extended through August 15, 2020, when the city's state of emergency is due to expire. If the state of emergency is extended the mask order will extend with it. Read the article from The Kansas City Star for the full announcement from Mayor Lucas.

Beginning this weekend, July 11, 2020, all retail locations will reopen on Saturdays from 8:00am - 2:00pm. For more information please view our events page.

All locations are now officially reopened for business while maintaining social distancing guidelines. Retail locations are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, until the end of May. We will begin opening retail location weekend hours in June. Ship-to-store options are available for each of our retail locations as well as our Kansas City, MO distribution center. April 3, 2020 Update
We are now offering free ship to store and curbside pickup options online for local Kansas City metro area customers. To utilize a ship to store option you must be within 75 miles of any of our available locations. To order, simply shop online and select which store you would like to pick your product up at during checkout. When you arrive to pick up your order, please stay in your vehicle, and call the location so they can bring your purchase to you.

Our online ship to store options include our retail stores in Olathe, KS and Kansas City, MO, as well as our distribution center in Kansas City, MO.
March 23, 2020 Update
We are now offering call-ahead ordering and curbside pickup and service for our Kansas City area customers at our Kansas City, MO location off Truman Road and our Olathe, KS location off Rogers Road.
Please call one of our locations to place a call-ahead order at that location. When you arrive to pick up your items, please call our team to let us know you are there.

We will also soon be offering In-Store Pickup options through our online store shortly and will make an announcement once that service is available. We care about you and our team members and want to offer as many shopping options as possible while maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
We are temporarily closing our locations in Smithville and Lee’s Summit to continue keeping both our customers and team members safe.
March 20, 2020 Update
As of right now we are planning to remain open throughout each work week while maintaining a safe working environment for our customers and employees, Monday through Friday. You can also continue to shop online at www.crofttrailer.com.
Croft Trailer Supply retail locations in Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Olathe, and Smithville will close early tomorrow, Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 12:00pm CST. All four retail locations will close on Saturday, March 28, 2020, as well as Saturday, April 4, 2020 and Saturday, April 11, 2020. These closures are also listed on our events page, store signage, and social media channels.
